Contents:
- Complete nutritional assessment, guidance and setting of personal goals
- Meal plan tailored to your lifestyle
- Basic advice on meal management, digestion and energy
- 2 to 3 follow-up sessions to adjust and consolidate
Session 1: Diagnosis, guidance and development of a personalised nutritional programme
Session 2: First check-up after the first week to see if the nutritional programme is going well.
Session 3: Check-up in the fourth week after the implementation of the nutritional programme and relevant changes and modifications according to individual needs.
Session 4: Check-up in the sixth week after the implementation of the nutritional programme, final adjustments and consolidation of new basic habits to maintain balance through healthy body weight management.
- Each week 1 Voice message via WhatsApp from you in which you tell me about your physical, nutritional and emotional state in relation to the nutritional programme (not necessarily for me to reply, but to check that everything is going as planned).
