Anti-hangover smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut pulp (young is better)

1 cup diced melon

1/2 cucumber without peel

1/2 cup watercress (leaves and stems included)

1 cup baby spinach

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 Hass avocado

1 1/2 cup coconut water

Wash and blend until you get a creamy mixture.

This blend helps rehydrate the body with fabulous nutrients that help it replenish itself. Cucumber and coconut water contain potassium; healthy fats like avocado to reactivate energy; plus green leafy vegetables and lemon to detoxify.
