Essential oils that help prevent travel stress

Massage oil

Lemongrass, 5 drops

Black pepper, 1 drop

Grapefruit, 4 drops

Lavender, 5 drops

Tea tree, 3 drops

Add the indicated amount of each of these oils to a 10 ml glass bottle and top up with a carrier oil such as jojoba as it does not go rancid.

Massage the oil into the soles of your feet before and during the flight. It's simple, but it's an effective way to combat fatigue and calm the mind. Plus, it's antibacterial.

Antibacterial atomizer

Tea tree oil, 3 drops

Lavender, 3 drops

Sandalwood, 3 drops

Eucalyptus, 3 drops

Add the indicated amount of each oil to a small spray bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with water.

Spray in the air around your seat.
