Mousse de  chocolate y aguacate

Chocolate and avocado mousse

Ingredients

Mousse

2 ripe Hass avocados

1/2 Cup + 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

1/2 Cup + 1 tablespoon of yacon honey

1/2 tablespoon vanilla

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

Blend all ingredients well in a blender. It is ready to enjoy, but it is best refrigerated for one to three hours.

Serve and garnish with red berries, mint, or grated coconut.

Raspberry or other red fruit sauce

1/4 Cup of raspberries

1/4 Cup agave nectar for the light color (I recommend yacon honey for the sugar or even Xylitol)

1 splash of lemon juice

1 pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional, adds thickness to the sauce)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients well and serve with fresh raspberries.
