Magic wands with yellow pepper curry sauce

Recipe inspired by the original from Tree of Life Café

PHASE 1

  • 1 1/2T pignolias or sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 T of water
  • 1T soaked walnuts
  • 1/4 T olive oil
  • 3C lemon juice
  • 2C of sea salt
  • 2c ground ginger
  • 1c cumin
  • 1tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1tbsp coriander
  • 1c white pepper
  • 10 sheets Nori seaweed Spread Nori sheets on dehydrator trays.
  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture on each Nori sheet and let it dehydrate for an hour and a half at 60oC. Then roll up each Nori sheet and dehydrate for another two hours. These sticks can be served warm or, if desired, as snacks by dehydrating them completely and storing them in sealed bags.

Serve with YELLOW PEPPER CURRY SAUCE

2 cups yellow bell pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons soaked raisins

2 teaspoons of cumin powder

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon Curry powder

1 tablespoon ginger juice

1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon sea salt

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
