How does it work?
1. Download the health questionnaire: A first step to getting to know you better. Complete the questionnaire and submit it so we can understand your background and goals.
2. Diagnosis and recommendations: You will receive a detailed analysis and practical suggestions that will guide you towards a healthier and more balanced diet.
3. Personalised plan options: Whether you wish to explore a low-carb, ketogenic or macronutrient ratio approach, our team will provide you with a plan tailored to your individual inclinations and preferences. We also incorporate Ayurvedic medicine tools for a more accurate diagnosis, ensuring that every aspect of your nutrition is aligned with your holistic well-being.
4. Follow-up and adjustments: We know that transformation is a process that requires adjustment and adaptation. That's why we include 2 follow-up check-ups and readjustments at 4 and 8 weeks after receiving the diagnosis and building the programme together. During the check-ups, we will refine that plan to maximise your progress and keep you on track towards your goals.
